The
Residential Division manages 17 Community Associations.
The largest is a 2258-unit Master Association. All homeowner's
assessments collected and all operating disbursements
are under separate trust accounts and budgeted controls.
Monthly financial reports are issued to each member
of the Board of Directors.
This division also manages 35 apartment projects, the
largest of which is 220 units. All rents collected are
deposited in separate trust accounts and all operating
disbursements are under budgeted controls. Monthly operating
financial reports are issued to the owners showing actual
receipt and expenditures compared to budgeted receipts
and expenditures.
Additionally, the Residential Division manages 180 single
family homes in Madera and Fresno counties. Rents are
collected and deposited to a trust account. Maintenance
requests are processed for completion. Funds are distributed
to the owner along with a monthly operating financial
report showing actual receipts and expenditures.
