serving Fresno, Madera, Merced, Kings and Kern counties
in California's Central Valley.
The real estate management firm of Robert L. Jensen
& Associates was established in 1962 and incorporated
in 1976. Today, the firm operates with two divisions:
The Residential Division manages 26 Community Associations.
The largest is a 2258-unit Master Association. All homeowner's
assessments collected and all operating disbursements
are under separate trust accounts and budgeted controls.
Monthly financial reports are issued to each member
of the Board of Directors.
This division also manages 35 apartment projects, the
largest of which is 220 units. All rents collected are
deposited in separate trust accounts and all operating
disbursements are under budgeted controls. Monthly operating
financial reports are issued to the owners showing actual
receipt and expenditures compared to budgeted receipts
Additionally, the Residential Division manages 180 single
family homes in Madera and Fresno counties. Rents are
collected and deposited to a trust account. Maintenance
requests are processed for completion. Funds are distributed
to the owner along with a monthly operating financial
report showing actual receipts and expenditures.
The Commercial Division manages ten multi-story office
buildings, the largest of which is a 100,000 square
foot complex. All rents collected and all operating
disbursements, as with the Residential Division, are
under separate trust accounts and budget controls and
have extensive regular monthly financial reporting.
The division also manages twenty suburban office properties,
nine shopping centers, a large complex of downtown
stores and various industrial properties.

California State University, Fresno and holds
the certification by the Institute of Real Estate
Management as Certified Property Manager. Robert
M. Jensen is a principal of the company with over
21 years of experience in Property Management.

Robert E. Miranda is also a principal of the company
with over 25 years of property management experience.
Mr. Miranda attended University Nevada, Reno.
He was formerly a Vice-President with a nationally
known stock brokerage firm.

Lawrence H. Jensen is a graduate of California State
University, Fresno and has been with the company for
over 20 years. He manages and consults on financial
matters and investments for the company.
